Residential Curb-cart
Guidelines
Thank you for choosing BEE Garbage for your waste removal needs. Please follow these simple guidelines when preparing your curb-cart for service.
- Service is $27.00 per month. (New accounts require $50.00 security deposit and first months service.) After sign-up, place trash at road on first scheduled pickup day. Our driver will pick up your trash and leave your curb-cart.
- Curb-carts should be placed at the curb the night before your scheduled collection. Drivers will not return to residences if curb-cart is not at roadside at the collection time.
- While we do our best to pick up your trash at the same time every week, there are times where it may be picked up either earlier or later than normal.
- Curb-cart should be placed as close to the road as possible.
- According to Federal law, BEE is not permitted to accept batteries, tires, liquids, combustible materials or any items identified as hazardous.
- Bulky materials including drywall, concrete, bricks, dirt or rocks are not acceptable.
- All trash must be bagged and placed inside of curb-cart.
- Service includes emptying of curb-cart once per week. Please do not place trash next to curb cart. All boxes should be broken down and placed inside of curb-cart.
- Please call the office if you have an excessive amount of trash or need a large item pickup (couch, stove, etc). Any mattress or upholstered furniture must be completely sealed in disposable plastic for removal. Additional fees may apply. Large item pickups may be scheduled on a different day from your normal service day.
- Your curb-cart is designed for easy maintenance. Simply rinse your cart out with water from time to time.
- Never dispose of medical needles in your trash. They must be placed in an approved container before disposal.
- Payments are due by the 10th of the month. If your payment is not received by the 15th, your service will be interrupted until your bill is paid in full.
- Payments may be mailed to BEE Garbage, PO Box 899, Mount Vernon, KY 40456 or paid online by credit card, or (EFT) Electronic Fund Transfer through www.trashbilling.com, or through autopay.
